Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payment is processed upon making a reservation, no cancellations or refunds will be given. This applies to all special events and daily rides.
Store Policies
Return Policy
Non-perishable items may be returned or exchanged as long as they meet the following criteria:
- Original Receipt is required
- All price, and/or size tags are still on the item
- It is within 30 days of purchase
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. We suggest that you insure any items for return to protect yourself from loss.
Wrong Size Policy
If you order the wrong size, we have a simple
exchange policy. Simply return the item along
with a check, money order or credit card information
for shipping back to you and we will send you
the new requested size. We suggest that you

Errors and Omissions
Though we do our best to avoid these type of errors,
they sometimes still occur. We reserve the right
to make corrections whenever needed. If we have
made a mistake on an item's price that you have
ordered, we will do everything possible to honor

price is higher than what is listed and we are unable to sell the item to you
for that price, we reserve the right to cancel
