What could be more fun than enjoying a ride through the Black Hills of South Dakota on board an authentic steam train? Experiencing your ride with a group – and saving money! We would love to have your group visit us this season for an unforgettable experience!

The 1880 Train is happy to offer group rates for those who meet the following criteria:

• There are 20 or more paying guests in your group.
• Your group is under one reservation and one payment.
• You make a reservation at least one week in advance.

2022 Group Rates

Adults: $33 Round Trip, $28 One Way, plus tax
Children (2-12): $16 Round Trip, $14 One Way, plus tax
Infants: Free on lap

Group rates are not available for Special Event rides such as Wine Express, Oktoberfest, or Holiday Express.

To request a group reservation, email us at office@1880train.com, or call 605-574-2222. If you leave a message, please include your phone number, email address, date and time your group would like to ride, and how many people will be riding.
